• French doors in the living room open up onto a covered outdoor patio and dining area

• Natural gas fire pit back by large boulders sits just off the patio

• A covered deck on the upper floor is West-facing and can be a fun outdoor sleeping experience in the warmer months

• Cozy Southeast-facing front patio has a bench to sit and chat and side access to the mud room, laundry and powder room—ideal for getting in and out for day trips

Things to do:

From the comfort of a 2,900 sq ft lodge, catch-up and relax in the high-lofted great room with natural stone fireplace.  

Sip on a drink in the covered back porch and breathe in the fresh forest air.  Spend an afternoon exploring Suncadia and the surrounding areas.  Enjoy simplicity playing board games or reading on the covered second floor porch or sit on the heavy-timber bench on the front porch while watching the kids ride scooters around the cul-de-sac.

You may find unexpected excitement watching a mother deer and her fawn trot through the property grazing on tender grass. Play golf on one of the world-class Suncadia golf courses or jump on one of the bikes we provide to explore miles of hiking and biking trails within the resort.  

For dinner, grill up the perfect meal. When the sun sets, roast some marshmallows and tell stories around the gas fire-pit, take a night time walk and count stars.

On a hot summer day, cool off in the stunning outdoor pool by the Lodge or rent paddle boards at the amphitheater lake in Suncadia.

In winter, go snow shoeing or cross-country skiing on groomed Nordic trails, go sledding or downhill tubing or ice skating.

Suncadia offers plenty of outdoor entertainment opportunities throughout any season.

Many of your cooking needs are already here. Flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, pepper, vegetable and olive oil, tea, spices, napkins, paper towels, and zip lock bags. Table settings for 14 people. Newly purchased high quality stainless cookware, various size non-stick frying pans, serving platters, mixing and serving bowls, water and wine cups, blender, hand mixer, Pyrex and stainless measuring cups, bake ware, professional cookies sheets, muffin tins, loaf pans, cheese graters, wooden cutting boards, knife set and more. 

Plus, there is a quality Weber gas grill on back patio all ready for you.

Bikes & Games

Four adult bikes, two youth bikes, and two scooters including helmets are provided! 

We also provide four pairs of adult snow shoes, two pairs of youth snow shoes, and three sleds during winter season. The neighborhood sledding hill is just a short walk from the home.
