Beautiful Home!

We stayed for 2 nights for a work retreat. The house was perfect and cozy! Geoff & Yong'en were very helpful and communicative hosts. Would highly recommend staying here with a family or for company retreat!

Great home for extended family.

This home was excellent for two families. We rented this home and three other homes nearby to celebrate a family reunion weekend. The home was equipped with plenty of games and space to satisfy the kids. It was also clean and contained all of the necessary kitchen amenities. We look forward to the next reunion!

Very much enjoyed our time at Eagle's Landing. We rented the house for our annual preschool board retreat. All us moms were impressed by the cleanliness and amenities the house had to offer. Once our school planning meetings were finished, we got busy unwinding outside on the patio, chatting in the comfy living room, and playing board games on the community table. Overall, great house and responsive hosts - we hope to return next year!

Our group of 8 friends had a great weekend in the house! 

The kitchen, living room, and backyard were the locus of activity and were comfortable for a weekend of chatting and hanging out. The house was very well maintained and there was ample room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed walking around Suncadia and appreciated the house's proximity to the trails. The owners were very communicative and made the entire stay seamless and easy!

We felt fortunate to have found this house!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Prompt communication from the owner and the space is even more beautiful than the images. We stayed with two other families and the layout is perfect for accommodating a large group. The fire pit and bikes provided were thoroughly enjoyed on the paved trails, and we can’t wait to stay again!

This place is even more gorgeous in person. Huge new home with all you could need- kids biked all weekend, we ate smores in the evening then crashed. Wonderful escape and we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing, Geoff and Yong'En.

This is the dreamiest snow cabin! We had a group spend a weekend here and it was a great place to relax, cook huge meals, play in the snow, and enjoy all of the resort activities at Suncadia. The house is well stocked and has everything you need for a weekend away. The location is secluded enough to feel private but convenient to Suncadia amenities. Geoff was a great, responsive host. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Not one bad thing to say about this house. This house was even better than the pictures. The beds and the towels are very quality. Very clean and spacious. Brand new. The kitchen was much more stocked than listed with materials and cooking utensils. Geoff is easy to work with. Will look to stay here again in the future.

We had a wedding in the area, so decided to bring family together for a long weekend. The owner was very accommodating and answered all of our questions before arriving. The "cabin" was great. Although on a large complex, we felt like the only ones there. As if a beautiful home had been dropped into the middle of the woods. Better yet, it included all of the modern conveniences! Every day we walked the area or hiked the local foothills. Then come home to barbecue dinner and wrap up the day around the fire pit. Lot of good memories for everyone.

We stayed here for a family weekend and just loved it! Very nice place, lots of space, and a great location in Suncadia. Our favorite part? This is the only house in the cul-de-sac, so absolutely no car traffic so our kids rode scooters and bikes around the court all weekend long. Very close access to hiking and biking trails and walking distance to Battista Park (nice park for kids with a basketball court, a few swings, slides, etc.). We have been coming to Suncadia for many years (my wife and I got married there and we honeymooned there too), and this was a very nice find in a part of the community that was new to us. For a nice, relaxing, family get-away, this is a great place.

We were here for a weekend to attend a wedding at Swiftwater Cellars. The home is relatively secluded, only house on it's street right now, with just one neighbor in sight from the back deck. House was clean upon arrival with a bottle of wine and candy out. Easy to get to and from Swiftwater and the main lodge. We would stay here again.

My women's group of eight, stayed at Eagle's Landing the last week of April. We found everything clean and in order. A lovely kitchen, dining area and there is not a bad bed in the house. Owners were more than accommodating and we plan to go back for another stay.

Geoff's property looked exactly like the pictures, even complete with snow! It was the perfect location for a February cabin trip with coworkers. It was very easy to get to and check in/check out was even easier. There was plenty of space to spread out if needed, but also plenty of seats by the fireplace and around the table. We had a great time skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and drinking wine around the fire. Our one disappointment was that one of the puzzles was missing a couple pieces, but it became the joke of the trip so it was memorable in its own way. Everything is new, clean, and well-decorated. Highly recommend for any trip with family or friends.

We spent Thanksgiving here and we had a great time. We have rented quite a few times and the highlights of this cabin include: spacious areas for family to spread out. The fireplace was amazing! The outdoor fire pit, even in the rain, brought much fun. We also appreciated the great bedding on each bed, the usable pots and pans for meals, the quality of even the bathroom towels were more than expected for most rentals. We spent time at Swiftwater watching Apple Cup 2016 ( Go, Cougs!) 

Our family had a great time and renting from this owner was very easy and enjoyable. Thanks again! 

We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean, nice, safe and relaxing home for a holiday retreat or any weekend getaway!

House is new construction so it is in pristine condition. The patio and fire pit were great places to hang out. Its more secluded than many of the other houses in its price range as well. Overall its a great value compared to the other rentals in Suncadia.
